How to Quickly Do a Natural Manicure
I am the kind of person who thinks that a woman’s hands should always be in their best condition. Grubby, non-manicured fingernails for me are a big no-no! You are probably with me on this, but sometimes, I can barely find the time to file my nails, let alone give them the deep manicure that they deserve. However, in my opinion, beautiful hands and nail care start with the basics, and not having raggedy cuticles is a primary step in having presentable hands. Luckily, I found a great solution as to how you can have beautiful fingers in less than a minute that will look like you spent several hours in a luxurious manicure salon! So how do I have beautiful, sexy hands every day without spending a lot of time? Here is my video tip for having pretty fingers… enjoy!
Top 3 Eyelid Lifting Exercises
Recently, my dear friend asked what she could do to lift her eyelids. She is only in her 20s, and her upper eyelids are already starting to droop. I should confess since I am in natural skin care that I did not know what beauty products to recommend to lift sagging eyelids. I also have a difficult time believing any products that claim to offer these results. As I started digging deeper and deeper in my research, I stumbled upon the information that the only thing that can help is cosmetic surgery. Needless to say, I rejected this idea and continued to search for another solution. To my fortune, I found a magical and safe treatment for my friend: eyelid lifting exercises! By using these exercises, you will gradually strengthen the weak muscles that cause droopy eyelids. It is important that you follow all of the instructions in the video carefully before you start your eyelid lifting exercises. More information can be found in the video. I’m still on a learning journey on this topic and would love to hear what you have to say! P.S. Already two weeks have passed since i’ve uploaded my first video tip. Now i’m going to update them on a weekly basis, so if you like them welcome to subscribe to my YouTube channel, if you don’t have YuoTube account i have other subscription options.
The Secrets of a Successful Sun Tan
Don’t try to skimp on your sunscreen, but apply sunscreen in a sufficient quantity. As an example, to protect your entire body, you will need 40 mL of sunscreen, which is approximately a small glass. To protect your face, use a volume of sunscreen the size of a coin. I never stop repeating that your skin needs to be protected regardless of whether it is directly exposed to the sun. It is recommended to apply sunscreen even on cloudy days in the winter to escape the harmful effects of UVA rays, which cause aging and skin cancer even on the gloomiest winter day. Moreover, UVA rays can penetrate the windows, so it is important to wear a sunscreen even if you are indoors. Wearing a sunscreen with a minimum of an SPF 15 will give you sufficient protection. Just because you have long and thick hair, it does not mean that your head, neck, and ears are protected from the sun. If you are going out into the sun, preferably spray a sunscreen on these areas or wear a hat. Do not forget to apply sunscreen to the ears and both sides of the neck. This protection is also necessary for the lips, hands, and feet. Many people believe that the values of SPF differ in protection. As an example, people believe that SPF 15 is less protective than SPF 30. That is not quite true. It is important to note that SPF 15 protects from about 95% of UVB rays, and SPF 30 protects against approximately 98% of UVB rays. This is almost the same number! This means that increasing your SPF does not increase your defense or degree of protection. This simple formula explains the function of SPF: Sunscreen needs to be reapplied every 90 minutes to remain effective, especially when you are exposed to strong UV rays from the sun. Just because a sunscreen says waterproof or water resistant on the label does not mean you can swim and lie out in the sun all day long without reapplying it. Waterproof sunscreen should provide protection in the water or after being dipped into the water for 80 minutes, while “water resistant” sunscreen provides only 40 minutes of protection. Do you apply sunscreen on a daily basis and do you wear it during cloudy days? P.S. There is a competition running on MyHomemadeBeauty.com for winning natural Sun Putty sunscreen. If you have not jumped in yet, register here!
I am always very serious about sunscreen application, and I strictly apply it on a daily basis and try to persistently train others to do so (Yeah, sometimes I can be a pain in the neck.
) So here are five tips I put together based on what I have found to be interesting information about sunscreen application:
Multiply the level of SPF (SPF 30, as an example) by the number of minutes that you will burn in the sun without protection, and you will get the number of minutes that you are protected from the sun without the threat of sunburn. That is, if you normally burn after 10 minutes of sun exposure without protection, using SPF 30 during sun exposure will increase your protection to 300 minutes. This means that SPF 30 is often enough to provide you with sufficient protection.
Exfoliating Procedure With Honey
Today is a really big day for me, I finally made my first video and uploaded it to my Youtube channel! In my video I’m talking about highly effective exfoliating procedure with honey or honey massage. I really needed to muster all my courage to publish it, so won’t be too judgmental Honey is a potent natural anti-microbial and has soothing, healing effect. Besides honey is the perfect rejuvenating and refreshing ingredient so you will see how smooth your skin become right after procedure. Honey has biologically active substances which absorbs toxins and promotes their fast removal from the skin. That’s why honey is amazing at healing acne prone skin and getting rid of cellulite. As an example i show this procedure on my face, but you can use it on any affected area of your body. But be careful, some people might be allergic to honey, if you unsure do a patch test before trying out.
