Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients and carefully massage your feet heels, toes and nails.


Homemade Foot Care: Softening Foot Balm Recipe

Ingredients:

* 1 teaspoon of cocoa butter
* 1 teaspoon of lanolin

* 1 teaspoon of glycerin

Instructions:
Melt in a double boiler: almond oil, cocoa butter and lanolin. Thoroughly mix till it cool. Then add peppermint oil, glycerin and milk acid. You can use this balsam for 12 month.
