* 1 tablespoon of almond oil
* 1 teaspoon of cocoa butter
* 1 teaspoon of lanolin
* 10 drops of of peppermint oil
* 1 teaspoon of glycerin
* 6 drops milk acid (lactic acid)
Melt in a double boiler: almond oil, cocoa butter and lanolin. Thoroughly mix till it cool. Then add peppermint oil, glycerin and milk acid. You can use this balsam for 12 month.
