Hands Care: Homemade Treatments to Stop Sweaty Palms
Just got home from a long walk and thought to spend a few minutes sharing some great homemade remedies. Actually, while I was pampering my self with the spring sun today, I felt little discomfort on my palms because of the wet and thought it’s time to resume my procedures to reduce sweating. Now that the warm weather is approaching body start producing more sweat in response to temperatures and excessive heat. I have personally suffered from excessive sweating before, but have finally managed to reduce it with natural remedies after much perseverance. Add 5 teaspoons of apple vinegar to 500 ml of hot water. Soak your hands for 15-20 minutes. Repeat this procedure every day during 2 weeks.
* * * Take 4 teaspoons of green (black tea can color your hands) tea and pour with the 500 ml of boiling water. Soak your hands (sure when the water get cooler * * * Mix 1 teaspoon of salt with 500 ml of water. Soak your hands for 15-20 minutes. Repeat this procedure every day during 2 weeks. * * * Mix 1 tablespoon of grape vinegar with 500 ml of water. Soak your hands for 15-20 minutes. Repeat this procedure every day during 2 weeks. * * * Mix 4 tablespoons of glycerin, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of spirit. Rub it into you hands after washing.
