Face Care: Oatmeal Face Scrub Recipes


The easiest way to use oatmeal facial scrub, which is suitable for different type of skin, is to pick up a handful of oatmeal, soak them in warm water and massage the face for 2 minutes. Then wash your face with warm water. If you have a dry skin oatmeal can be soaked in milk.
